Residents at Corbin Health and Rehabilitation Center enjoyed their morning coffee on the porch and bird watching. They are looking forward to more mornings like this with the weather becoming nice.
Elvis is in the Building
Residents at Corbin Health and Rehabilitation Center were given a special concert the other day. Elvis came out and gave a spectacular performance with lots of singing and grooving. The house was shaking.
Happy National Nursing Home Week
National Nursing Home Week is May 12 through May 18. The other day, Corbin Health and Rehabilitation Center had the Sally Gap Petting zoo visit the residents and staff. Later that day, there was a balloon launch to kick the week off with western theme activities and outfits.
Tiki Bar Thursday for Nurse Week
Throughout the week, Corbin Health and Rehabilitation Center has been celebrating nurses for Nurse Week. On Thursday, the facility provided a tiki bar with pina coladas and strawberry daiquiris served to them by the administrator. Everyone supported their favorite sports teams by wearing a shirt or sweatshirt.

Easter fun at the Facility
Although it was a rainy day, the egg hunt had to go on at Corbin Health and Rehabilitation Center. The residents and kids had an EGG-CELLENT afternoon with the Easter Bunny and hunting down those eggs hidden around the facility. People had a wonderful time watching the egg hunt unfold with lots of laughs.
