A big congratulations is in order to Ms. Cope on successfully returning home after completing our Safe Transitions Program. Ms. Cope came to Corbin Health & Rehab after a prolonged hospital stay that made it difficult for her to safely return to her private residence. After her hard work and dedication, and assistance from her therapy team and nursing staff, Ms. Cope is spending quality time at home with her loved ones, just before the holiday fun begins!
