We would like to congratulate Mr. Ray Coyle on completing our Safe Transitions Program.l! Mr. Coyle came to our facility with weakness and de conditioning following a recent hospital stay. Through his hard work with our therapy team and dedicated nursing staff he was able to return home in time to spend the holidays with his family, congrats Mr. Coyle!
