Today was a busy day! First we played a round of Halloween BINGO! Then we lined up for our Costume Parade (we even had a visit from the cast of Hocus Pocus! ?) Reverse Trick or Treat was a success, followed up by our Halloween Party with lots of delicious goodies! ? ? Source

Welcome to CHRC Farmers Market & Pumpkin Patch! ? This afternoon our residents enjoyed “picking” their own pumpkins and then painting them. Then we decided to enjoy the ☀️ so we headed out for a hayride! Source

When a rainy day ☔️ cancels our plans we improvise! Some of our wonderful ladies “handmade” a sweet & salty trail mix-the perfect snack to enjoy while watching a scary movie and sipping apple cider this afternoon! They even shared with our amazing staff ? Source
Our residents were so excited for this months community outreach project. In celebration of “National Make a Dog’s Day” we decided to make homemade dog treats! ? We sure hope our furry friends at Knox-Whitley Animal Shelter enjoy our donation! ? Source
Last month our residents began their community outreach program by making crosses for clinical coordinator, Shelia McNees, to take with her as she spent 2 weeks in the country or Armenia.
