National Nursing Home Week is May 12 through May 18. The other day, Corbin Health and Rehabilitation Center had the Sally Gap Petting zoo visit the residents and staff. Later that day, there was a balloon launch to kick the week off with western theme activities and outfits.
Throughout the week, Corbin Health and Rehabilitation Center has been celebrating nurses for Nurse Week. On Thursday, the facility provided a tiki bar with pina coladas and strawberry daiquiris served to them by the administrator. Everyone supported their favorite sports teams by wearing a shirt or sweatshirt.
May 6 through May 12 is considered Nurses Week. Corbin Health and Rehabilitation Center wants to wish all of their wonderful nurses Happy Nurses Week. You are appreciated for your dedication and care for the lives of the residents. Thank you for all you do.
