Last month our residents began their community outreach program by making crosses for clinical coordinator, Shelia McNees, to take with her as she spent 2 weeks in the country or Armenia. Shelia distributed the crosses to the residents at The House of Hope in Vanadzor, a home for the elderly which houses 30-40 residents. When she returned she spoke with our residents and staff about her experience, “It was my honor to give the crosses made by the hands of our residents to other residents in another country.” As you can see they loved them! Just the smallest things put smiles on another’s face. ?
